Crimestar offer several different ways of obtaining technical support.  Common questions and issues are often addressed in the product user manuals, on-line help or Knowledge Database.  Please check these resources first.  In addition to the printed documentation other Crimestar users may have had and resolved similar experiences or questions.  If you are a licensed and supported Crimestar customer and are not already a member of the Crimestar Virtual User Group, we encourage you to join.  Lastly as a supported customer you may contact Crimestar Corporation directly to obtain technical help and assistance.
 

  Your installed Crimestar RMS Software includes a Help File that provides  information about the product's design, modules, data fields, reports and much more.  The help file is indexed and searchable and is your best place to start looking for answers to your questions!
 

  Product Manuals
Your installed Crimestar RMS, CAD or MDC Software also includes a printed manual in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.  These same manuals are also available here online.
 
  Knowledge Database (KB)
This is an online search of technical articles and white papers, related to 
known issues and problems other users have experienced in the past.
 
    
 

  Join the Crimestar Virtual User Group  (Supported Customers Only)
Chat with and get help from other Crimestar users across the Country as well as the Crimestar support team.  This is a great resource forum for getting help, comparing notes, sharing ideas and making suggestions!
 
The Users Group is implemented as a mail list sponsored by Yahoo Groups, where member submitted emails are distributed to the list members and anyone from the list can respond. We Highly Recommend that you JOIN in on the discussions....

Renew / Pay your annual support fee here...
If you have received an invoice from Crimestar Corporation for your annual support renewal, you can pay that bill with a credit card online.

*Remember, only supported customers are entitled to product updates and on-going technical support.

Customers that discontinue or fail to renew their annual product support agreement will be locked out of and prevented from using or benefiting from future product updates. In order to be fair to our continuously supported customers whose support payments fund our ongoing product development; non-supported customers that have allowed their annual product support agreement to lapse, and wish to once again be supported will be required to pay all past due fees.  Read the Crimestar Support & Maintenance Agreement here.
