CrimeStar RMS is a 32-bit Windows application. This means your workstation computer(s) must be running one of the following Microsoft operating systems:
* Windows 98se
* Windows 2000
* Windows XP
* Windows ME (will work but is not recommended)
* Windows 2003
* Windows Vista
Workstations: Absolute Minimum System Requirements :
Pentium 400 Mhz (or equivalent), have at least 128 Megabytes of
memory (RAM), at least 200 Megabytes of hard disk space and an XGA
(1024X768) video card.
Workstations: Recommended System
Specifications:
Pentium 1 Ghz or faster, 256 Megabytes of memory (RAM) or more, at
least 500 Megabytes of hard disk space and a fast XGA (1024x768) video card
or a dual video card.
Crimestar CAD, MDC and MSG products have the same computer and operating system requirements as Crimestar RMS. Additionally,
Crimestar CAD requires that at least one licensed copy of Crimestar RMS be installed per
installation site.
* Enterprise Edition requires Microsoft SQL
Server Version 7 or later.
